The Preservation Society has been part of Wales Week / Berkshire since day one and deserves a loyalty and long standing award to add to their growing collection of awards.
Not only does Rag produce multi award winning chutneys, sirops and preserves packed with flavour in the heart of the Wye Valley but she also runs The Cookalong Clwb with her daughter Pip, sharing their simple recipes with kids, increasing food taste, reducing food waste & saving pennies.
The Preservation Society was created following Angharad's passion for preserving, a Farmer's Daughter after all so it's in the genes!
We all love her Candied Jalapeños in Berkshire, they are something else.
